Peer Support Specialist

Peer Support Specialists have lived experience in mental health or substance use recovery. They help others through encouragement, mentorship, and guidance, including:

Peer Support Group

Our Peer Support Groups offer a safe, supportive space to connect, share experiences, and encourage one another. Groups help:

Individual Support Services

ISS helps people build independence and improve daily living skills, so they can live more independently and enjoy a better quality of life. Support may include:
